Hi, I’m Renea Di Bella

Passionate about empowering educators and fostering inclusive learning environments, I am an experienced education specialist with expertise in culturally responsive pedagogy, disciplinary literacy in social studies, and diverse learnership. With a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, I design and deliver impactful professional development, equipping teachers with research-based strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement.

As an educator, I’ve always been committed to high quality, rigorous education for all learners. While in the classroom, I spread myself thin; designing an original curriculum and developing learning materials from scratch. This is what I felt like I had to do in order to provide the best quality instruction that I could. And that’s an unfortunate reality for many teachers.

A core problem I confronted in the classroom was that textbooks alone no longer cut it in the 21st century. However, very little has changed about the structure of education to allow teachers the time and resources it takes to revamp curricula for 21st century learners. That’s where I come in.

Leaving the classroom was one of the hardest choices I ever had to make. However I was burnt out; I had to step away for the sake of my mental health. I want that to stop being the story for energetic, passionate, and motivated educators. I have dedicated the next phase in my career to supporting teachers in molding their students into critical thinkers and productive community members.
